Are you registered with doccs? Then use the doccs app to start a new healthcare question, make an appointment if necessary and request medication. New healthcare questions can only be started during business days between 08:00 and 11:00 am. Between 11:00 and 12:00 it is possible to finish questions. In the afternoon we are only available for urgent questions by phone.

You can reach us from Monday to Friday between 08:00 am and 12:00 pm via 020 – 2184455. After 12:00 pm and before 17:00 pm we are only available for urgent medical questions or for call-back appointments you have made. Between 12:00 and 13:00 and from 16:00 untill 17:00 we are only reachable for urgent medical questions.

Monday to Friday after 17:00 and on Saturday and Sunday: call the Huisartsenpost Amsterdam West on 088 – 003 0600 only in case of an emergency. The address is Jan Tooropstraat 164, Amsterdam.

Directions

Our practice is located in the Slotervaart Health Center on Louwesweg 6K. In front of the entrance to the center are some picnic tables; walk in there. Our practice is on the first floor, turn left into the first hallway.

You can park your bike in front of the building. By car, it is best to park in the parking garage at Louwesweg 12, which costs €2.60 per hour. By public transport, the nearest bus and tram stop is ‘Louwesweg’, where tram 2 and bus 18 stop.
