This was Huisartsenpraktijk Bozdag. doccs GPs has taken over this practice.
To make the takeover as pleasant as possible, we will not register new patients in the first phase.

Information for patients of practice Bozdag
As of April 1, the name of your practice has changed to huisartsenpraktijk doccs tilburg heikant. The location and phone number have remained the same.
In addition, we will be using our own doccs app. Via this app, you can chat directly with the GP, assistants or support staff on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00. From April onwards, we will gradually send enrolled patients an invitation to the app. Don’t wish to use the app? No problem, you can just reach us by phone as usual. Would you like to start using the app right away? If so, please let us know.
We will do our best to make the takeover as smooth as possible. All appointments already made will remain in place. You do not have to do anything yourself to remain registered; we will take care of all this for you. All your (medical) data will be transferred. If you have any objections to this, please contact us.
I live with my wife and two children in Vlijmen. After my medical training in Utrecht, I moved to the
pleasant province of Brabant to be a GP. The great thing about being a GP is that no two days are the
same and that you can be a support to people.
After my education in Maastricht and Amsterdam, I have been working as a general practitioner since 2017. I believe that innovations and personal contact with the patient must go hand in hand. That was one of the reasons for working as a GP at doccs.
I am Paulien van der Aa and work as a nursing specialist at doccs. As a nursing specialist, I work independently, which means you can come to me with many questions. That is precisely what makes my work so much fun.
I am Leyla Bozdag, working at the practice since 2011 as a doctor’s assistant. I mainly deal with the financial administration. My working days are Wednesday to Friday.
My name is Daisy Wilbers. I have been working as a doctor's assistant in Tilburg since 2008 and have enjoyed doing so for all these years. Since the start of GP practice doccs Heikant, I have been part of this team.
I am Tessie Beekmans and have been working in the Tilburg Heikant practice since 2001. Among other things, I deal with care around diabetes, asthma/COPD, CVRM, heart failure and elderly care.
I have been working in healthcare since 1985. I enjoy being a link in the chain. I like that doccs is innovative and has a slightly different approach. Short lines between patients and care providers.
I am Annemiek Daas, office manager at doccs. As office manager, I am busy with all kinds of tasks in the background every day, so that all my colleagues at doccs can focus on providing the best patient care.

Yes. every doccs GP office has a fixed GP team. When you schedule an appointment, you choose your own doccs doctor.
doccs is there for all your health care questions. Do not use the doccs app in life-threatening situations or emergencies. In life-threatening situations, call 112.
In the Netherlands, General Practitioner care is paid for by your health insurance company. This includes the services of doccs and the use of the doccs app. doccs does not cost you anything extra.
Yes. When you start using the app, select a 5-digit personal PIN. You enter it every time you open the app, so that only you can access your data. The chat is secured with end-to-end encryption. Chats are sent encrypted. Of course, the doccs app meets all Dutch and European requirements set by law for the protection of personal data.
