My name is Sanne Klinkhamer. Together with my husband and three children I live in Utrecht. For almost ten years I have been working with great pleasure as a general practitioner.
I am Naomi Cheuk Alam (she/her). What I like most about the profession is the diversity of contact with patients. I strive for inclusiveness in healthcare and try to match the individual needs of the patient, so that everyone feels welcome. The way I work at doccs makes this easier and in an approachable way.
I am Anita Holweg and have been working at doccs as a POH-GGZ since early 2023. I really enjoy working at doccs: a very enthusiastic team that tries to shape general practice in an investigative and innovative way.
I see this practice as an example for a practice of the future, due to the combination of digitalization there is more time for the patient which for me means that as a doctor's assistant I have more patient contact and that is the best thing there is.

Yes. every doccs GP office has a fixed GP team. When you schedule an appointment, you choose your own doccs doctor.
doccs is there for all your health care questions. Do not use the doccs app in life-threatening situations or emergencies. In life-threatening situations, call 112.
In the Netherlands, general practitioners can only claim directly from Dutch health insurance companies. Are you not insured at all or do you have international health insurance? Then you pay for your consultation with us and you can submit it to your insurer yourself. You will receive an invoice from us after payment which you can use for your claim.
We will also send you an invoice for contact via the doccs app. You can then arrange payment online, or pay the invoice when you are in the practice within a short time afterwards.
Do you have a Dutch health insurance? Then care by a general practitioner is paid for by your health insurance company, including the services provided by doccs and the use of the doccs app. Depending on your health care needs, costs may be deducted from your deductible. For more information on this, please refer to your insurer.
Yes. When you start using the app, select a 5-digit personal PIN. You enter it every time you open the app, so that only you can access your data. The chat is secured with end-to-end encryption. Chats are sent encrypted. Of course, the doccs app meets all Dutch and European requirements set by law for the protection of personal data.
