Practice details

Our doccs practice combines ordinary care in the practice, as you are used to, with modern digital tools. In this way, we make it easy to reach each other and arrange small things. This way you get the best possible service and together we make care future-proof.

Contact the practice

– Via the doccs app

Are you registered with doccs? Then use the doccs app to contact the GP. Through the doccs app, you can ask your healthcare questions using a short questionnaire. If necessary, we will schedule an appointment with you. Your GP can answer your questions via chat or prepare optimally for an appointment. You can also request your medications via app. You can pick these up at your pharmacy after 2 business days.

Note: due to increased traffic due to new registrations, chats may take longer to be answered. We strive to answer your question the same day.

– By phone

Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 12:00 a.m. and between 13:00 and 17:00 p.m. we can be reached by phone at 013 – 207 04 48. Choose option 2 from the drop-down menu to speak to a staff member. Between 12:00 and 13:00 p.m. we can be reached for urgent medical questions only, via option 1 of the selection menu.

You can call from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. for an appointment the same day. If you call after 10:00 a.m., a same-day appointment cannot be guaranteed.

After 17:00 p.m., on weekends and holidays, you can contact the Emergency post Tilburg via 085 – 536 03 00. If our practice is closed, but you call us, by choosing option 1 of the menu you will be transferred directly to the Emergency Post.

Information about health and illness

We would like to draw your attention to the website https://moetiknaardedokter.nl/en/. This is a website, created by general practitioners where you can find reliable information about your health and illness. Here you can get information about what you can do yourself with certain complaints and when you should contact your GP.

New in the Netherlands?

Here you will find some information about the Dutch healthcare system. Information about health checks in The Netherlands can be found here.

Health Insurance

The Health Insurance Act stipulates that anyone living or working in the Netherlands is obliged to be insured for health care. This website explains a lot about health insurance.

Do you have Dutch health insurance? Then care by a general practitioner is paid for by your health insurance company, including the services of doccs and the use of the doccs app. Depending on your health care needs, costs may be deducted from your deductible. Please refer to your insurance company for more information.

Do you not have Dutch health insurance? Then you pay for your consultation with us and you can submit it yourself to your insurer. After payment you will receive an invoice which you can use for your claim. We will also send you an invoice for contact via the doccs app. You can then arrange payment online, or pay the invoice when you are in the practice within a short time afterwards.
