Practice details

Our doccs practice combines regular care in the practice, as you are accustomed to, with modern digital tools. This makes it easy to reach each other and arrange minor matters. This way, you receive the best possible service and together we make healthcare future-proof.

Practice accessibility

We want to remain easily accessible to all our patients. Due to the increasing pressure on general practices, we have made clear agreements about how and when you can best reach us. This allows us to keep healthcare safe, workable and available to everyone.

  • Via the Uw Zorg Online portal

Are you registered with doccs? Then use the Uw Zorg Online portal to contact your GP. Via this portal, you can ask short medical questions (e-consultation), request repeat prescriptions, view results and (parts of) your file, and schedule appointments.

More information about the Uw Zorg Online portal can be found here. Would you like to use the Uw Zorg Online portal? Then register via this link or contact the practice by telephone (press option 4).

Information about health and illness

You can easily describe your complaint here and get some initial advice via Do I Need to See a Doctor?

We would also like to refer you to the website Thuisarts.nl. This is a website created by general practitioners where you can find reliable information about your health and illness. Here you will find information about what you can do yourself for certain complaints and when you should contact your general practitioner.

Health insurance

The Health Insurance Act stipulates that anyone who lives or works in the Netherlands is obliged to have health insurance. This website explains everything you need to know about health insurance.

Do you have Dutch health insurance? Then the care provided by a GP is paid for by your health insurer, including the services provided by doccs and the use of the doccs app. Depending on your care needs, costs may be deducted from your excess. For more information about this, please contact your insurer.

Do you not have Dutch health insurance? Then you pay us for your consultation and you can submit it to your insurer yourself. After payment, you will receive an invoice from us that you can use for your claim. We will also send you an invoice for contact via the doccs app. You can then arrange payment online or pay the invoice when you visit the practice shortly afterwards. We would like to remind you of our ‘No-show policy’. Click here for more information.
