Practice details

Our doccs practice combines ordinary care in the practice, as you are used to, with modern digital tools. In this way, we make it easy to reach each other and arrange small things. This way you get the best possible service and together we make care future-proof.

Telephone accessibility of the practice

On weekdays we can be reached by phone from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m., at 013 – 455 05 72. You can call us to make an appointment and other questions.

New service; the doccs app and UwZorgOnline

We recently started working with the doccs app. Through this app you can chat with the practice (your doctor, assistant or practice assistant), request repeat medication and schedule appointments by invitation. We can create an account for you. Would you like this? Please contact us at Heikant@doccs.nl.

Thuisarts.nl, for information about health and illness

We would like to draw your attention to the website Thuisarts.nl. This is a website created by general practitioners where you can find reliable information about your health and illness. Here you will get information about what you can do yourself with certain complaints and when you should contact your GP.

Information about costs

In the Netherlands, general practitioners can only bill directly to Dutch health insurance companies. Are you not insured at all or do you have international health insurance? Then you pay for your consultation with us and you can submit it yourself to your insurer. You will receive an invoice from us after payment which you can use for your claim.

We also send you an invoice for contact via the doccs app. You can then arrange payment online, or pay the invoice when you are in the practice within a short time afterwards.

Do you have a Dutch health insurance? Then care by a general practitioner is paid for by your health insurance company, including the services provided by doccs and the use of the doccs app. Depending on your health care needs, costs may be deducted from your deductible. For more information on this, please refer to your insurer.
