Our doccs practice combines normal care in practice, as you are used to, with modern digital tools. In this way we also make it easy to reach each other and to arrange small things. This way you get the best possible service and together we make healthcare future-proof. That is why we opt for the doccs approach.

Your own doctor

In our general practice we work with a permanent team. When making an appointment, you can choose with whom you want the appointment. You can always contact us within 24 hours on working days – often the same day.

We are always close by

On working days you can chat with us between 8 am and 5 pm via the doccs app. You can make appointments or start a chat 24 hours a day with the app. Just like any general practitioner, we will come to your home for appointments if there is no other option. Appointments can also be made by telephone or video calling. Of course you are always welcome in the practice on the Groenmarktstraat. It is only 6 minutes by bike to our practice from Kanaalstraat, Mariaplaats or Rijnlaan.

Information about the costs

In the Netherlands, general practitioners can only claim directly from Dutch health insurance companies. Are you not insured at all or do you have international health insurance? Then you pay for your consultation with us and you can submit it to your insurer yourself. You will receive an invoice from us after payment which you can use for your claim.

We will also send you an invoice for contact via the doccs app. You can then arrange payment online, or pay the invoice when you are in the practice within a short time afterwards.

Do you have a Dutch health insurance? Then care by a general practitioner is paid for you by your health insurance company, including the services provided by doccs and the use of the doccs app. Depending on your health care needs, costs may be deducted from your deductible.
